The Management Challenge series features three seminars for middle managers, but additional seminars may be customized by adding specific modules to the simulation platform. The minimum duration of these seminars is two days, in order to motivate participant interaction and strengthen the transfer of knowledge from our experienced facilitators. See current seminars

Through a computer-based simulation, seminar participants are exposed to a variety of management challenges. They analyze the company's financial soundness and draft and execute a multi-year business plan. Topics include budgeting, risk and capital management, growth management, reinsurance negotiation, corporate strategy, and insurance support functions.

This knowledge transfer offer is based on our best-selling Insurance Management Challenge training concept, where seminar participants learn by doing.

Insurance professionals, senior analysts, risk managers, and regulators, but is also appropriate for a broader audience who wish to gain insight into the managerial aspects of insurance. The seminars are targeted at an intermediate level and assume a robust understanding of insurance business lines, and company's core and support functions.
